  • Delivery info

    Our delivery times are typically 4-5 working days depending on location and items ordered. We aim to dispatch grass seeds and wildflowers next day through our courier network. Dependent on availability especially during peak seasons deliveries can sometimes take longer. Deliveries are made with either HGV crane or via our pallet network using a manually operated pallet truck.

    Before ordering please make sure there are no delivery restrictions. We may not be able to deliver down narrow lanes, properties with low hanging telephone wires or trees and roads with weight restrictions.

    Deliveries are kerbside only requiring a hard surface. We cannot deliver on to gravel, grass, slopes or soft ground.

    A delivery cost will be incurred per pallet for any failed deliveries to cover our costs. Please see our t’s & c’s for further information.
